Η Zwaluw Silicone 1001U είναι ενός συστατικού, σιλικόνη, πολλαπλών χρήσεων για κτηριακούς αρμούς και συστήματα υαλοπινάκων. Εξαιρετική αντοχή στην ηλιακή ακτινοβολία και τις καιρικές συνθήκες. Μετά την εφαρμογή της ωριμάζει με την ατμοσφαιρική υγρασία σχηματίζοντας μία μόνιμη ελαστική σφράγιση.

ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΗΣ

Η Zwaluw Silicone 1001U χρησιμοποιείται για σφράγιση σε συστήματα υαλοπινάκων, αρμούς σύνδεσης σε κτήρια, κουζίνες, μπάνια.

Η συμβατότητα με τις ακμές διπλών υαλοπινάκων δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένη καθώς κάθε συγκολλητικό υλικό έχει άλλη σύνθεση, για αυτό τον λόγο θα πρέπει να γίνεται πάντα δοκιμή. Οι συμβουλές σχετικά με την συμβατότητα των υλικών βασίζονται στην εμπειρία μας και για αυτό τον λόγο συστήνεται δοκιμή πριν την εφαρμογή.

Silicone-1001U is a versatile acetoxy silicone sealant, which cures under influence of humidity to form a durable elastic rubber. The product is excellent UV and weather resistant.

Applications

Silicone-1001U is is specially developed for topsealing in glazing systems, perimeter joints around window- and doorframes and joints in kitchens and bathrooms.
Important!

Compatibility with edge seals of insulation glass cannot be guaranteed, as the compositions of sealant for the edges of insulation glass can be different or changed by the producer of insulation glass. Advices concerning the compatibility of glazing sealants to the edge seals of insulation glass are based on experience and therefore not guaranteed.
Directions of Use

A well-designed joint is a joint with a sufficient width so it would be able to take and process the movement of the adjacent building elements. The joint depth should always be in the correct relationship of the joint width. A general rule is the ratio of joint depth to the width of the joint with a joint width till 10 mm is 1:1, with a minimum of 5 mm in width and depth. For joints wider than 10 mm, the ratio is 1:2 with a minimum depth of at least 10 mm and a maximum of 15 mm. For further question please contact our technical service.
